The sessions have been so helpful, motivating and inspirational. I think the benefits reach far beyond decluttering and organizing. It's helping me to feel more confident and motivated to work on other areas of my life as well. I want to share this with others so they can experience this same feeling of accomplishment. Knowing others have similar struggles and working together at the same time seems to create a collective positive energy that carries me through to the next session. Thank you so much for offering this. You are truly gifted in helping people get organized.

It really motivated me and helped me not feel alone so I'm sure it would help others like me.

I found it helpful. I know others who have ADHD who would likely find it helpful too.

I have been trying to purge and organize on my own for so long now and I often get stuck or paralyzed or disheartened. I couldn’t even commit to past organizing sessions with Alejandra because of my emotions. Alejandra’s gentle pre-start videos and encouragement was so helpful! I felt like, “Ok, just start with showing up. I can do that.” Then, when Alejandra went through the workbook with us and laid it all out and said motivational and encouraging things, it helped me even further to start to believe I could do this and make a difference in the likes that I have been living with for years now and especially this past year when my husband started working from home and demanded that things be dealt with. I love how she helped me identify my why to keep me “pulled” and motivated because before I had just been pushed and it always filled me with dread. I love that she said that every step, even just starting, was worthy of celebrating. I love how she helped me figure out my priority space and how she helped to break it down. I found Alejandra back in 2013 with her PPP program, but even that was too hard for me to get started on my own even though I knew she was a kindred spirit and the only person I have found that seems to really understand my issues - being highly visual and how important aesthetics are for me, while also having to deal with the reasons behind the hoarding... even though it seemed perfect for me. Today, I got a lot done. It doesn’t look like a lot, but I know I was working the whole time. I learned that it takes a lot of time to even make a little difference sometimes so my goals are more realistic. Years of gathering, so my purging and piles will take time. She encouraged and inspired me so I felt good doing it and yes, seeing others doing it was helpful to not feel alone, too! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you especially for making it easy to join you. Sometimes the problem after signing up for something is just remembering to show up, or knowing how to use the program... when it seems too hard, we give up. Thank you! Blessings!

Doing any task I don’t want to do, becomes like magic, when I know I get to spend the time with you and our friends! It was 5PM PST, so my husband had to wait dinner so I could join you, and I added to scrub the dish rack drain tray, that builds up lime scale, because I was with you, and I put it off. I didn’t have dinner dishes to wash yet. I also went through a stack of mail to just open and sort it. And threw in a laundry load, to wash my sheets, while we gathered. Again you are like my young lovely fairy godmother, you wave your magic wand, and give me a bit of fairy dust, to transform me into an inspired flurry of activity. You leave beauty behind where you have touched a place with your presence, and a wave of your magic wand, and your kind encouraging words! This works better than anything for me. I can’t explain it. How can you explain your fairy godmother! Haha!

I needed the support, encouragement, and accountability to get out of the strange slump I was in. I thought the slump was due to the pandemic and changes in work schedule etc. But through this I have realized that I have been in a slump for a few years. I have really thrived in the past with the help of Power Productivity Program in 2015-16, but then moved my career to another state. I love my job but it is all consuming and stressful. I didn’t realize how much falling back into a disorganized state was weighing on me and slowing down my professional progress. Just through these accountability sessions, I’ve been able to organize and systematize so much of my home and office again! I FEEL so much better! I feel unencumbered, light weight, efficient, energetic. And I feel that I can do so much that I have been wanting to do again re: ambitious professional goals including research! THANK YOU SO MUCH! It really makes all the difference. The group connection and not feeling alone has been everything!

Got a lot done--super motivating! It was difficult and emotionally intense but there was so much support and nurturing to reel in the anxiety and the feeling when the difficult task was completed was such immense relief that the exercise was soooo worth it!

Great support group. You find yourself among friends that share the same issues you do and we all work together to get through them.

Simply knowing that I am not alone is a huge motivation when everything around me is overwhelming.

13
These sessions are so motivating, supportive and enabled me to finally tackle and complete numerous projects that have been piling up for years. The momentum from each call lasts for days and I also replay the videos and continue to organize. This has saved me thousands of dollars. I’ve used professional organizers before and this has been as effective for significantly less.

It is hard to explain why, but ACCOUNTABILITY really works for getting past all kinds of obstacles that prevent some of us from moving beyond the inertia, the pain, the dread, the reluctance, the urge to procrastinate, the lack of know-how, or whatever prevents us from just getting started with decluttering and organizing different aspects of, or spaces in, our lives. During Alejandra’s group accountability sessions, you are encouraged (but not pressured) to identify a task that you would like to complete and work on it for a specified period of time, knowing that after that period of time, there will be an expectation/anticipation for you to report (i.e., be "accountable" for reporting) your progress to your fellow participants. Such a simple process becomes an almost magical motivator! The ensuing group sharing, encouragement, and support for even the smallest of accomplishments wipe out any feelings of isolation or failure, and the accompanying discussions of and recommendations for helpful processes and resources is invaluable. Whether you are an introvert or an extrovert, you feel equally welcome, and the nonjudgmental vibe frees you from feelings of self-doubt, shame, or unfair/unwanted comparisons to others. You are a respected member of a group of like individuals who have your best interests at heart and hope for the same towards them from you. It is all made possible by Alejandra's unassuming and comforting leadership; willingness to listen to and analyze any question or problem; and ingenious ability to reach viable solutions for her followers to explore - all with an amazing smile and positive, uplifting spirit that take the angst out of even the most frustrating or anxiety-producing issues presented to her. After attending a session or two, experiencing breakthroughs, and realizing how successful and productive you become in making progress towards your own goals, the value of this process becomes undeniable and you want more.

I am a team oeganize member and the support is a perfect fit for me. The lonliness I felt when I did my decluttering and housekeeping were getting in my way. I felt like everyone was out having fun and relaxing while I was stuck sitting at home cleaning. It has also been support while I have been sorting through my deceased mother's belongings to donate to charity. I have gotten more done since I joined at the beginning of the year than I have in years.

-M.A.

Simple, clear, documented, steps and tools to help kickstart an individual to A. Declutter B. Organize C. Clean and feel like a weight has been lifted providing clarity and a new felt self confidence that one can accomplish anything big or small if we stop, breathe, break the tasks down into small parts (ie. zones) with a time attached. This process can be applied to all facets of an individual's life. The before and after pics validate the efforts and work put into the tasks and give us a feeling of accomplishment. Thank you!

Its really helping to takeaway the overwhelm!

There is no shame in this room. Only EMPOWERMENT! Healing of deep wounds took place in this webinar. I have wanted this for a very long time. To be organized with office and personal paper work. It is a very emotional thing for me and I actually felt loved and supported like never before with this wound. Thank you!!!!!

-Verified Attendee

19
It helps you getting started, it gives you energy and you realise that you are not alone. Thank you Alejandra and the team!

-Verified Attendee

20
It was so fun and motivating to work "along side" other women. Also, I love Alejandra's positive, calming nature/ way of speaking. She really helped to easy some of my anxiety around tackling such a HUGE project (my office, homeschool room, craft/ hobby room). Thank you!!

-Verified Attendee

21
There is power in community! Alejandra's method is systematic & once understood, easy to implement. She has such a kind, gentle demeanor that it's easy to feel supported - even through a computer screen with 1000+ other people.

-Verified Attendee

22
It’s funner to do this with other people and gives you a sense of togetherness. At other times we are all isolated from each other. This is such a great way to ‘’be’’ together- it doesn’t feel intimidating and it’s very motivating!

-Jeannine

23
It was an amazing experience and it got me to jump over whatever was holding me back before. It was a Blessing and a Gift that I ran into this online 4 day challenge online. And I thank you for the bottom of my heart. It was because of you and everybody that joined that I got my bedroom, my bathroom, hallway cabinets and my pantry done in just 4day, WOW! I now have such inner peace and so much energy to continue on this organization journey. Alejandra, Thank you for giving back my life! Many blessings to you and your family! I will never forget these 4 days amazing days! I am so Blessed!!!

-Yurien P.

24
Alejandra, her team and community have been so supportive in my organizing journey and life. Decluttering keeps me more focused and it's easier to get things done. Life is sweeter because I have more time for the things that matter like family, friends and fun.

-Melissa E.

25
Being an existing member of TO, I know the immense value you, your team & the Community bring. I would not be where I am in decluttering & organizing if it wasn't for you. I can't even begin to explain how my mindset shift, that occurred with your guidance & support, has changed my life. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

-Rena A.

26
1000% I would highly recommend this program...Great Stuff, I'm grateful to you all, these sessions have made it so easy to start on my project to organize...the area I was procrastinating on. And I never thought I would have fun doing it too, caught myself dancing around at times!!! So thank you, thank you

-Verified Attendee

27
It's a great way to stop procrastinating and get started on any organizing project, and learn new skills and coping strategies. Plus it's fun with so much positive energy.

Very encouraging and down to earth. Not complicated. Healing of inner wounds take place at the same time. People who help others sometimes need a place to come to,

31
Very therapeutic for people who can’t get past their clutter or their negative thinking about themselves.

-Verified Attendee

32
I just absolutely love everything about this!!! Thank you! thank you! thank you! I had a great day yesterday, but ran into some hurdles today including reduced energy, but remain committed to continue along this journey. Clutter had been such a huge stressor in my life. I feel the weight lifting each time I take a box / bag out of my home.

-Verified Attendee

33
This is an easy way to get organized in smaller, doable chunks. The fact that we all do it together during those 45-minute sprints makes it feel less daunting because we're not alone

-Verified Attendee

34
These sessions have been life-changing. I live alone. My mom never taught me to make decisions and declutter and organize, so I have been learning with Alejandra's programs. But I still need to feel that someone is beside me working, too. Working alone, I do not get much accomplished. Working with others, my whole house is coming in to focus.

-Vanessa F.

35
I'm having a blast! Who'd have thought de-cluttering would be so fun! I really haven't started the program so much (I've repeated the same three beginning videos many times!) as being blessed to find out about the accountability events and Q&As. I am so excited to work so aggressively on my home because of the awesome people who are also on the Zoom accountability calls. The motivation I receive from Alejandra is priceless, and working while everyone else is working really makes it easy to work, too. I'm loving the motivation, the warm caring community, Alejandra and Ed, and the de-cluttering progress I'm making on my home. Miles to go, but I'm committed for the long term! And, thank you, thank you, thank you! Alejandra, none of this would work if you weren't the one doing it. You are truly a special individual. Your personality, caring, joy, and friendliness are the center. I never experienced joy while de-cluttering until I met you! And, you work along with us! Umm...it says the primary reason for my answer...Sorry! 🙂

-Sharon M.

36
I belong to team organize and I am 100% on board with this program. To hear the problems other people have and to know that you are not alone releases a lot of the shame that comes with having a messy, disorganized and clutter home.

-Ann Marie G.

37
The Challenge is presented in a simple, easy-to-follow, pressure-free way. Alejandra's constant encouragement and reminders to be kind to ourselves help tremendously. I had the sense that many of us in the group have similar issues, whether it's they're tangible, such as too little space, or emotional, such as being a perfectionist or not being able to make decisions, or being unable to let of sentimental items. The group environment is just personal enough to let us know we're not alone, yet also gives us the option of working quietly on our own while still getting the benefit of the group. I'm truly impressed with the presentation and organization. Thank you!

-Verified Attendee

38
The helpful, supportive, and encouraging environment makes it possible for me to get motivated. Alejandra, Ed, and Stephanie have given us tools and technology to make our own progress and be in community with others.

-Verified Attendee

39
Feeling connected and like we are doing this together! ...the feeling of support, especially for those of us who struggle with depression/ability to focus.. so priceless!

-Verified Attendee

40
I think this is so helpful to have a community type session to work with to accomplish our goals. Alejandra is so helpful and encouraging. Great!

-Verified Attendee

41
You are FANTASTIC! You are changing so many lives. Lisa, the teacher, and Jenny, the one with the Mickey Mouse ears, are testimonials for you and your work! I love the incorporated work time during class. Looking forward to tomorrow - Thank you!!!

-Verified Attendee

42
I so appreciate how accepting and positive everyone is in our group! The workbook is extremely helpful and not too overwhelming. Alejandra's calm manner and excellent guidance is so very appreciated.

-Verified Attendee

43
I don't feel so overwhelmed by the process of decluttering and getting organized!

-Verified Attendee

44
Motivation, acceptance, non-judgement, the gratitude you show rubs off on me. Even tho i don't feel like it, you make it ok to just start where i am. Most of the time i feel resentful that i get zero help from my partner, but this session feels like a party. I am not the only one. I have a community who are improving their lives at the same time that i am. A little at a time is ok, not all at once. Bite sized pieces!

-Melanie D.

45
Tyvm! You got me motivated to act! “Monday-Clean the Bathroom” was Perfect for me! Also the music was fantastic! Alejandra your encouragement throughout was the best! 10 ⭐️’s! This worked for me better than anything! Ty!

-Verified Attendee

46
Thank you for the TIMED themed session. It made me focus and complete the task in a reasonable time frame, instead of getting distracted or procrastinating while working alone.

-Verified Attendee

47
I loved how it held me accountable and provided the support I needed to tackle my hardest area to declutter. It was a priority on my schedule and my family knew not to bother me during this time. I felt so energized afterwards and totally looked forward to the next session.

-Sandy N.

48
Excellent support for the terrifying and difficult tasks of decluttering and organizing.

-Verified Attendee

49
I joined team organise in January and have found it helpful even though I haven't made much progress due to a chronic illness but its good for the information, support and accountability and to see others are the same problems as you have.

-Jillian

50
What a great/fun session ... thanks for giving it a try and mixing things up a bit. Takeaways for me is that it helped me stay focused and gave me a better appreciation for how long things take to get done. Alejandra - I really admire your patience and the care and compassion you show to everyone. I've come to realize that these sessions are somewhat like therapy to a lot of people. You are making a difference in so many lives. Thank you (and Ed and Stephanie and Kacy) for all you do!!

-Martha R.

51
It was great! I got alot inspirational ideas to continue moving forward with all of my projects. I am left handed and also I have ADHD. I don't care about the diagnosis as much as I would like to embrace my creativity and focus on self-care in my current life. Dealing with rediscovery of myself after losing my husband and the office area is the most difficult. Looking forward to re-connecting and hanging out with you all again soon 🙂

-Ginger

52
It is inspiring to know that you are not alone and that there is no judgment.

-Verified Attendee

53
I would probably have never done the project I did had I not made the commitment. Plus the feeling of not being alone. And the good music lol.

-Verified Attendee

54
For the first time I was able to start because of the Why statement. When we started class...I doubted myself being able to get started.....I felt frozen....unable to allow myself to believe I could organize.....because of the teacher's demeanor I started relaxing and listening to her.....Alejandra has a calm voice and a gentle spirit that relieved my anxiety....Alejandra calmed me and got me started. Thank you...you are wonderful at helping others with a critical life skill. I am 75 and would have loved to have known about this class years ago. Not being able to organize is devastating. Besides making life more difficut not being able to organize brought my selfconfidence way down. Thank you

-Kitty P.

55
The structure of the sessions are really good and productive (my friend said that she is going to try and join now that I've told her about it!), and the ability to communicate with so many people live is great. You are also a very clever and inspirational person with lots of good ideas, Mum and I have been watching your videos for so many years and find organising therapeutic! Even when we aren't in a time of a pandemic, it is easy to often feel isolated in our own little worlds with our own anxieties and problems, I feel that these sessions help with that and help you feel less alone in a time where there won't otherwise be such a sense of community anymore (when this Covid-19 situation has calmed down - although I will of course be glad for it to calm down and things to go back to normal and feel safer!).

-Tallulah W.

56
It’s working for me and the community is very inspiring. I can relate to so many of the feelings shared here.

-Verified Attendee

57
It lit a giant fire beneath my "tushie" and I felt I worked so much faster with my 200 other comrades along side me! I have other friends wanting to get projects done, so I most certainly will share this with them! It's fun to work together! I was sad it was over with today in just 2 hours! I think more people need accountability to get started and get our projects DONE!

-Zaphy N.

58
The energy of this group is amazing! It is very motivating and I made an extreme amount of progress in my home. I am excited because I realize that this will improve all areas of my life as well.

-Verified Attendee

59
The sense of Community, both on an emotional level and for the practical aspects. Feeling much less isolated when hearing others talk about things in common about 'chaos' and being able to join in the support for everyone via Chat. Alejandra leading the session in a genuine, authentic way with empathy and support; also visibly working on her own projects throughout activity times. For me the sessions felt inclusive, embracing and motivational. Many thanks.

-Judith A.

60
Where do I begin? So many reasons but I guess what i loved the most was the process on day 1!!! So very helpful to go thru the organizing challenge workbook and create a plan. Very empowering!! Alejandra, you are so encouraging and inspiring, and I love how you explain the organizing process. It makes total sense and is life changing! And I love how you teach us to release self judgement and look forward our wins and document them as evidence that we can do this. You are an angel!!

-Verified Attendee

61
Alejandra's directions are so clear. She emphasizes that we should take tiny steps. We get handouts/forms and Alejandra explains clearly how we should fill them out in order to clarify our priorities and how to break them down into doable steps. We all do that together - on Zoom! First session I was a bit overwhelmed because I was late to the session. But, today I was focused and so glad to be doing what I've wanted to do! Do it! You will be glad you did! I'm 76 and have needed this. Training!!! I'm glad I did it.

-Verified Attendee

62
Alejandra has been extremely helpful in helping me break down my overwhelming tasks into doable ones! I love the progress I’m making & seeing!!

-Verified Attendee

63
I am ADHD and this method of decluttering has worked for me. Keeping my home organized has always been a struggle for me because it is an overwhelming task. Being ADHD means that all tasks must be as easy to do as it is to ignore them. My brain does not organize things easily and is easily distracted. This method of breaking it down into tiny steps with no required expectations allows me to start a project without becoming overwhelmed and stagnant. Thank you for what you do.

-Verified Attendee

64
Motivating to share event with others!! At 73yrs it helps reduce shame around this life-long clutter issue. Progress not perfection for this analytical-perfectionist who gets so overwhelmed and stuck in indecision.

-Verified Attendee

65
It is not just about making things in order and into perfect boxes it is more the deeper things holding us back from making it happen. Thank you

-Verified Attendee

66
It was great and quite motivating to stop procrastinating . I was able to get alol but 3 categories of my receipts together, tallied & organized for the 2020 tax year! I will complete them today ! In Jesus’ name ! Many thx to you all for sharing your gifts & talents with us! May God continue to bless your endeavors as you all include Him ( Jesus) in your thankful hearts!💜💕❤️

-Verified Attendee

67
It is changing my life because I am encouraged to take action. It is helping me let go if my character defects of procrastination, perfection and fear

-Verified Attendee

68
It's a great solution to being able to organize clean, socialize and not be shamed for having messy areas... or feeling stuck! Thank you!

-Verified Attendee

69
It's a good starting point and should get someone motivated. Ultimately, you have to find the motivation within yourself but this gives a good foundation. Also there is support by seeing others who are going through the same thing. Alejandra's credibility is bar none. She has been organized since childhood and it's in her nature + she's a kind, gentle, patient and of course organized teacher with lots of support and encouragement. She can describe successfully both basic and advanced systems. Ed, too, very patient as well. I think your whole team is excellent!

-Verified Attendee

70
For people who are struggling with this, accountability is so helpful! You feel the support of so many people - its like a giant support group!

-Verified Attendee

71
I could de clutter things that I had been procastinated for years. I can recover my space, now I feel better.

-Raquel

72

73
To take the fear and overwhelm out of the procrastination. Energy and support to get started or begin again after giving up.

-Donja

74
Team Organize has been a HUGE help to me so I always tell my friends about it. I shared the sign up link with my sister because she's wanted to join for a while. Thanks for all that you do to support us!

-Miriam R.

75
These have been such a great 4 days of training. I accomplished several tasks but the most important experience is that I did it with the help of others. This has been a great motivator that I will use and continue implementing as well as pass it along to my daughters and sons. God bless you all.

-Verified Attendee

76
I love hearing from Alejandra & Ed during sessions, I think they are both such kind, genuine, caring people and are providing a valuable service.I DO love connecting with people in the small group sessions...I have heard many members saying they have ADHD, as do I.

-Karen M.

77
I think the course is very helpful. Alejandra is awesome. I like you do not feel alone.

-Verified Attendee

78
This is really a good program for me or anyone who really is a bit of a perfectionist. I really like the order of this group organization. And, during the actual program, I don't FEEL so alone. Others are doing the same type of thing and have families that have moved on (living and/or not). I so related to the situation today of the lady who didn't ask an organizing question but what to do when someone dies. I've lost my mother, my husband and many others on both sides of my family the past few years. And it is at first just-- hard. Glad you allowed her ''to be. There is no amount of preparation.

-Diane

79
I had an epiphany, of sorts, when we started the 45 minute work time today! What I thought was my ""why"", wasn't!! I changed it today! Turns out, when it looks aesthetically pleasing( or organized), I am less anxious and more calm and less likely to avoid doing a task. The process was much easier today and flowed! Thank you

-Karin

80
Hard to stay motivated by myself. Hard to not just stop when feel like quitting. It’s instead so helpful to have others and Alejandra cheering us on and helping us to not quit. Also, I like that there is potential for answers to the questions I have that get me stuck in the midst of going through my stuff. Good to hear others with similar issues and Alejandra’s answers and encouragement. It’s just good to be doing it in community otherwise it can feel very lonely and hard going. Thank you!

-Verified Attendee

81
It is easier doing it with friends.

-Verified Attendee

82
It's so comforting to know that so many other people feel the same way I do about constantly trying to organize the little things in life...

-Verified Attendee

83
Not only is Alejandra an organizing genius, she is a great teacher and a great communicator. She is changing my life in so many positive ways.

-Verified Attendee

84
This has been my best investment ever. It pays many dividends: more time, more space, then the best bonus of all, the peace that comes with knowing that I shan't now leave masses of stuff to be disposed of when I finally have to leave it all behind - a very real concern to me. Now I know I don't have to keep everything for a rainy day that may never come. I can donate anything still usable to help someone whose rainy day has already arrived. At long last I'm beginning to see the light!

-Gill

85
I was so inspired by the group support and working together on the zoom call. Alejandra's messages are simple by breaking everything down into achievable tasks that are not overwhelming.

-Verified Attendee

86
Its very encouraging because the process is communicated clearly, and it's a supportive, non-judgmental environment. Love how she guides you and helps you through the steps to break things down so you can see it as more doable and avoids overwhelm. Also, offers some very supportive advice for how to work through the overwhelm or the stuck places, be nice to yourself, and even have some fun! I know a few people that would be blessed by this program. I'm inspired by seeing some other people's victories and their excitement for their achievements! I want to experience that too! I'm excited to continue listening to the recordings and working through at the pace I need to while still checking in on the live interaction (maybe I'll catch up, but if I don't, I still feel encouraged to keep working on it!) Thanks for all the great options for working through this in ways that fit how each person's brain works. Grateful for you, your heart to help people, and your program that makes a good difference! Keep up the awesome work!! ;o)

-Angie

87
In the area I worked, I got a little of the feeling that I want-- serentity and room to breathe. A break from the stressed and weighed down feeling of a cluttered environment. And, of course, you provided ideas and suggestions that made it easier-- particularly the reminder that the goal is to just make it better. We don't have to do it perfectly or even finish it completely right now. Just make it better than it is right now. Takes the pressure off and calms the feeling of overwhelm. Thank you. I enjoyed it.

This was great fun and very motivating! My bathroom is so much cleaner than it was before. I didn't get to everything but the main areas are clean and thanks to Alejandra I finally stopped procrastinating and got it done. I even got some things done that I didn't plan, like cleaning the toilet brush holder. I feel better able to cope now with the cleaning and organising that remains to be done in the bathroom...This was a great session, thank you so much everyone.

-Verified Attendee

There is no looking down on you. No gasps. It gives accountability, motivation and guidance. Makes it fun! God knows I am a procrastinator and hopefully my home will be completely decluttered and organized within 6 months. Life at times can be a little much to handle. I chose to take mine back starting today! Thank you TeamOrganize!

I love the motivation and support that comes from the group. I find that after the sessions, I feel good about what I've accomplished and I am inspired to continue between the accountability sessions. I've gained confidence to be accountable to myself, as well.

I was focused on one thing at a time and therefore accomplished things. I felt that I was not alone in doing this. I would have felt awful if all the other ladies got tons of stuff done and I didn't. Kind of a built in accountability. Music helped!!

-Linda

94
This is a great format. I'm not alone. I'm cleaning with company! I'm certainly not going to relax and watch tv while all of my friends are cleaning and decluttering! LOL Not to mention, the fabulous suggestions, advice, gently persuasion, encouragement, and love I receive from all of these wonderful humans led by our fearless leader in compassion and organization, Alejandra.

-Verified Attendee

95
I know there are so many people out there who struggle like I do. I have executive function deficit!!!I I think your challenge is handled in such a way that it helps to alleviate the anxiety that de-cluttering and organizing so often trigger. Thank you very much!

-Jenny

96
The shares are very inspiring - you think you are the only person that has trouble organizing and you're not. I love the community feel

-Verified Attendee

97
Quality in every aspect.! Very fast or ( immediate reply during business hours) when we have problems. When on Zoom meeting it is an immediate interaction if we have questions immediate reply and references. You make it feel as though we are a very close group of friends. And of course because the accountability sessions are the only way some of us can get the motivation going and sometimes have a lot done . It is also fun, but for some of us on certain days, put some fun in an otherwise excruciating chores. Also the fact that you are so very nice ! Many thanks for your work !!

Accountability & Community: It is a safe place to do activities in a group I lost courage and guidance to try on my own. Digging Deeper: Never having had the proper experience to tackle successfully the abundance I was blessed with or cultural pressure to accumulate to feel full. I am learning, like the Nightbird singer, from America’s Got Talent, it will be ok. Thanks.

-Verified Attendee

99
Accountability is HUGE it seems. Knowing that I am not alone. I would be happy if it were EVERY DAY! LOL It really helps to see others working also. LOVE THIS!!!

Fun to do with others and not feel so alone. Thank you for being so inspiring

102
This has been a really good experience. I like the time online - hearing what other people are doing and progress that's been made. I am amazed at how its helped people not feel so alone. I like the accountability. It makes me carve out that time for organizing. I have accomplished way more in these few session than I have in a years time. Also, Alejandra is extremely gracious and kind. She's encouraging and just a delight to see during these sessions. The sessions feel very personal. Love it!

-Stephanie S.

103
I found it highly effective. I made more progress organizing today than I've made in ages. I signed up to TeamOrganize for the next 6 months! The relief I am feeling knowing I will transform my home is priceless...because I have a real plan with the best team and community!

-Andrea D.

104
It's a great introduction to a life-changing programme of getting grips with the burden of clutter.

-Verified Attendee

105
Alejandra has great energy and is non-judgemental. She really seems to want us to succeed and her program is broken down into small pieces to try to avoid getting overwhelmed. It's the best program I've seen to do that and I've paid for lots of organizing coaching that I have not been able to maintain. I have hope that Alejandra's Team Organize program is the one that I can maintain.

-Lyric B.

106
I was completely overwhelmed with my clutter and wasn't sure where to begin. No matter how many times I would try to declutter, I would try to do too much at once and when it was time to clean up, I was just tired, mentally and physically. Thank you so much for these past 4 days, as I had enough of a start to realize that some days I did really well, and some days, the second day, I tried to do much more than the time allowed and did get a bit discouraged. Fortunately, there are 4 days(!) and the third and fourth day I made so much progress. Yes, I have a long way to go, but these giant steps that you have given me will make this a much more enjoyable experience, like climbing a mountain and breathing in the fresh air as I go along, rather than running by and missing it. I had seen the tour of your home years ago and said some day I would love to have Alejandra as my professional organizer. Thank you so much for offering this to me and so many others. You are a blessing.

Helpful to hear from others feedback and questions as well as having the hands-on support as you are doing the task.

-Verified Attendee

110
The sessions have helped me tremendously! I've made progress on emptying the boxes from my storage unit that have been in my apartment for a year. I've participated in 5 of the sessions already and will participate on Saturday. The only sessions I'm not attending are the ones from 8-10pm. That's just too late for me to make decisions. My brain is too tired by that time of night. I've already recommended the sessions to a friend who has also suffered a life threatening injury.

-Rachel E.

This challenge helps you to stop procrastinating and start working

-Verified Attendee

112
"The method/flow of prioritizing was the best part! Decision-making is one of the toughest tasks for 'scatterbrained' people. We never start, because we can't figure out where to begin. The 'wrong' choice leaves us overwhelmed & focusing on an unrewarding starting point and we give up, convinced that we are failures and can never succeed. Also as an ADD person, I need to re-take the same courses repeatedly. My notes don't make sense to me when I go over them later. These handouts are simple and clear and have a logical flow. You broke down the baby steps into even babier steps. Most organizers over estimate how small the steps need to be, and under estimate the value of graphics [vs. written words]. Approx 75% of Americans are visual/pictoral learners, not audio or reading learners. This was the first time I could actually GET STARTED and not get discouraged in less than 5 minutes, then quit. THIS was the real REAL reward."

-Verified Attendee

Progress not Perfection. It works!

It is a safe place to begin getting your house back into a home. Little by little with like people in like situations with support and encouragement. Highly recommend, give it a try, you will NOT regret it!

-Brenda R.

116
That was a ton of fun and loved the social aspect! As well as breaking the work down into manageable tasks and starting with quick wins.

-Sue

117
Alejandra is so inspiring. I have gotten so much done these past three weeks. My decluttering and organizing continues on after the sessions are finished. I have been a fan for years. These accountability sessions have made me sit down, clean off the top of my desk, do projects that have been sitting here for three years, and go through years of paperwork. When I make the commitment to do the accountability sessions with you, I stick with it and it works. I have already recommended you to several friends and family members. Thank you so, so much!!!

-Dorothy H.

118
Great and practical..thank you for this opportunity to crack on the area that has bogged me down for years.

-Verified Attendee

119
Today I again found it really helpful to hear participant stories. Even if my situation is not exactly the same, I still gained new insights and inspiration. The range of participants--from overwhelmed beginners to the more advanced was also helpful because its always good to return to basics and remember the mantras and be reminded of the tips and tricks for keeping motivated. Not sure if I mentioned this but the Take Action sections are genius! Normally with any learning you get great ideas but then life happens and it may take time to start the work...IF AT ALL. Taking action together in real time is far more powerful because you are striking while the iron is hot vs. letting it cool which often--let's be honest--leads to procrastination. The actions then reinforce the learning and I enjoy hearing from the participants afterwards. As always, Alejandra is supportive and the participants clearly appreciate her kindness.

-Verified Attendee

120
During the timed sessions, when I worked on household projects that involved being physically active, I felt more energized and motivated than usual, which helped me get started and continue. That is usually hard for me because I feel overwhelmed with so much to tackle, so I think it might also help others. Interestingly, I noticed that the selection of background music played during our activities made an amazing difference for me in my energy level and enjoyment.

-Verified Attendee

121
BATHROOM CLEANING WAS HELPFUL. Never cleaner. Moving stuff out of the way was the key. Changing towels all made for a more pleasant bathroom too...Thankful for the extra sessions at no extra charge. I like following your lead Alejandra. It's extremely helpful for me. I'm spending more time getting rid of stuff (instead of going shopping) and thinking, "do I REALLY need this, or do I already have what I need. "...Watching sessions live is so much more fun. Can add to the chat when live too. But Thankful we have the option to listen again. Love that you're open to our thoughts. Great ideas can be received that way. You're such a fine example for us to follow with your attitude and encouraging words also. Hopefully I'll mimic EVEN MORE of that, because of your wonderful example. Love seeing you come on to greet us with your cheerful attitude and inspiring delightful ways. God bless you Alejandra. My life is totally different for the better, because you're in it.

-Verified Attendee

122
It has improved my life.

-Alvina

123
Alejandra and her team make it fun. I like being part of a whole community of people focused on getting organized. I joined about 10 months ago and can say without reservation that it helped me get through the pandemic. I wasn't quite so isolated, and the sessions always cheered me up.

-Marjorie

124
I love that it is live, but a recording of the session would be helpful too. I am a trained counselor and I like the way Alejandra uses counseling skills; listening, focusing her questions to get to the source of personal issues and suggesting relavent behaviors.

-Verified Attendee

125
The excellent ideas and superior leadership, together with the community spirit, is extremely motivating and helpful for actually getting things done. It is a wonderful introduction to what Alejandra has to offer through her programs.

-Karen H.

126
It's nice to hear what others are doing as well as get tips. This is also building a community in ways I honestly didn't expect.

-Thad P.

127
I have been staring and living with piles of papers and boxes of "stuff" for years, totally unorganized. It's depressing and the anxiety caused by knowing I should do something, but totally paralyzed by indecision has been taking a toll on my health. Not good. So I thank you for providing this special time for me and others.

-Diane P.

128
I find Alejandra very engaging and encouraging. I have accumulated a lot of possessions over the last ten years since my parents were diagnosed with cancer, my ex-boyfriend died as did my best friend and I bought things to bring me a little joy. This has led to a house which is now over filled and hard to manage. I also work in the health service in public health and have been thrown into managing the pandemic which has been very stressful which started me collecting sewing machines to distract myself from the pressure....this has now added to the issues re storage...I really need some advice and support to turn this around and I feel that the support from doing this with others will help as I won’t feel so alone and ashamed that I am in this situation as I am otherwise a high achiever who is extremely organised and effective in my career. Thank you for being there.

-Nicola

129
Her calmness helps my anxiety. Love listening to the other people. You should have a 2 or 3 month special for some of us who are still out of work or have low incomes. I'll bet many people would do that. Mindset and how our brains work. A deal and short term isn't so threatening to our well being especially with this covid. This has been extremely helpful and I thank you for all this time you have given us.

-Verified Attendee

130
Simple to understand- community!

-Verified Attendee

131
Excellent info; love learning then organizing. Actually recommending a friend right now...now I know where I can go if I need more assistance. I love how down to earth, supportive and enjoyable this community is!

-Verified Attendee

132
Just alone the first session has helped me immensely. My house is so cluttered some people would probably say that I am a hoarder. I don't think I'm a hoarder but I have had issues, major issues, over the past several years that have prevented me from keeping my house clean. Also I suffer from severe depression which does not help matters. I found day one of this four-day special to be so helpful to me that I actually cleaned one space in my informal dining room that I can now see the floor. There was always a path of floor to be seen and utilized, but now it's like I have a whole new space and if I can take two more child tables out of that space, I will feel like I have an entire room. I don't know what you did to inspire me but thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

-Verified Attendee

133
Practical help to get one on track to bust the clutter in their life. I've done this on my own a few times, but doing it together brings some accountability and added challenge.

-Verified Attendee

134
It's changing my life!

-Verified Attendee

135
I have found it helpful to get to my "Big Why" has influenced how I look at my clutter and which area to start with in my home. Before yesterday, I thought I should start in my office. But due to the exercise in Section C, I realized the area of my home that will get me to my goal faster is my already functional kitchen. One of my goals for this month is to make at least 5 home-cooked meals each week - I will be spending even more time in my kitchen. I need my kitchen to work best for the way my family lives. Being able to then breakdown the space into Zones then into actions for each zone has helped alleviate the overwhelmed feeling. Further breaking things down into 10 steps each day with before and after pictures has allowed me to to see progress. Thank you for all your hard work putting this program together and supporting all the people logging in. Enjoy your day!

-Verified Attendee

136
This was a very informative challenge. It allows you to stop and look at areas in your home that needs to be decluttered but also look @ what’s important to you in your life and how you can make Those things a priority. Thank you so so much for helping all of us to better our lives by decluttering and organizing our life/homes. God Bless you your husband and the team ❤️🤗

Thank you Alejandra & Team. Have learned so much watching your classes these four days. It has been very helpful and with life changing results. I appreciate your sharing your knowledge! Thanks Again!

140
Alejandra always shares the best ways to organize. Great tips and ideas and functional plans. Changed my life forever.

141
Easy to understand baby steps that help you get organized without getting stressed in the process. Overwhelming positivity throughout the seminar from Alejandra as well as the participants. What a sweet supportive group. So blessed to be a part of it.

-Verified Attendee

142
It works! Easy to follow. I've procrastinated for a long time and this enabled me to get started. Thank you so much.

-Verified Attendee

143
Alejandra's style, advice and personality was exceptional. Furthermore, Ed knew the right thing to say and ask for us. I was able to accomplish or improve an area on each zoom meetings which HELPED me get closer to my Why. That feeling was amazing! Also, your music selection was perfect (excellent) and the way you time each work session and informed us of our time was great. You and Ed voices was sincere, respectful and comforting. You and Ed (and Stephanie too) have excellent (awesome) customer service skills. I’m so glad I took the chance with you. Oh, I love how organized your are.

-Verified Attendee

144
Absolutely would recommend. Alejandra is so compassionate and helpful and she and Ed make the most awesome team. I really got a jump start on the projects I've been procrastinating to complete.

-Verified Attendee

145
I joined when I could and was able to get 2 items somewhat organized during the event, but what was more important I realize I am a social organizer and have friends who are as well. They have told me it is so helpful for me to drop by for a cup of coffee and that it really helps them to get organized when I am there to talk with. This is a major revelation to me. Thanks much.

-Verified Attendee

146
Such good support and ideas. She keeps me focus and encouraged

-Sherree

147
Your energy and positive spirit are so inspiring. You make me believe I CAN get things done. The encouragement of the community is also amazing. You and Ed have done a great service here. I wasn't able to make every session so far, but the ones I did I accomplished tasks that I have been putting off for years. I plan on listening to the ones I had to miss and just pretend they are live LOL. Thank you so much.

-Peggie C.

148
I made so much progress on areas that have felt heavy & stuck for years. I found the process of working with others fun and I loved the timer. The idea of making something “ better” rather than “complete” was extremely helpful.

-Genoa V.

149
Its very helpful and you get lots of support and ideas

-Verified Attendee

150
A sense of community for support and accountability makes a significant difference when going through difficult transitions like de-cluttering and organizing home and your spaces of comfort. You can have all the knowledge, but intervention in-the-field can make or break the application of the knowledge! Needed this! : )

-Judith

151
Small steps broken down into manageable mini-tasks and a logical path to get from A to B. Helps me to stay focused since ...ooh look! A Squirrel!! (ADD). Ha ha! Thanks to all 🙂

-Pam

152
Loved the music, glad that you set the timer. Oftentimes I was ready to quit/ADHD, was getting distracted but knew I had so much time to do whatever task I was working on so that kept me motivated. Alejandra was very upbeat to listen to as well as the other stuff. It has really motivated me to continue on and I can't wait to see what else I will accomplish. We are in the process of moving from SC from CO and although I don't have tons of visual clutter it is all lurking in the cabinets and drawers. So ready to purge. Also can't wait to do the sentimental items. That is very difficult.

-Jan

153
Loved hearing the whys we have obstacles..sounded so familiar and that actually helps to know you aren't alone.

-Verified Attendee

154
I look forward to every one of these sessions for both the encouragement and community of finally taking action to Declutter and organize my life especially at this time since I’m social distancing by myself.

-Kim Z.

155
It gave me the stepping stones I needed to move past anxiety of cleaning out a closet, room. I will carry the other members with me in my heart and I will tap into those memories when I am alone and cleaning up a room or closet or drawer or whatever.

-Verified Attendee

156
It was nice to have a focused area to work on for a set amount of time. Really felt good to have other people also working at same time so didn’t feel alone

-Misspiti

157
Got so much done, feels so good! I find it easier to organize and clean with a friend. Covid kind of through that out of the window! So this online community is so much fun! Even if you don't know anyone, you feel the energy. You're not alone. And the upbeat music was the perfect touch!! And all about what brings me joy now! 🌻

-Isajg009

158
You can achieve more, get inspired for a lot of things, have a great community

-Verified Attendee

159
I find that I'm more productive doing this online with others than I am doing it alone.

-Renita

160
Certainly seems effective from todays 'doing' workshop! This will be good for me & help with my possible Adult ADHD, of which i've been struggling with for years, becoming more and more dysfunctional, ... until today when i got my food cupboards organised and sorted out and that wasn't even on my to do list! I think many ADHD sufferers may well benefit from this programme.

-Suzanne A.

161
I appreciate that I am not alone in this journey. I also appreciate that I can choose what I do or don't do and it is supported. 🙂 Thank you! I feel empowered and supported. 🙂

-Verified Attendee

162
Sense of community from everyone and great advice. Loved it.

-Verified Attendee

163
Accountability and Alejandra’s gentle manner. Achieved a huge amount but most importantly I got started which is the hardest thing for me if i’m alone. So having everyone ‘with you’ virtually is so powerful. Thank you

-Verified Attendee

164
The clarity brought by Alejandra to her system: the big WHY; the breakdown into spaces to be organized; then into a priority space; then into zones in that priority space; then into a priority zone; then into tasks in that priority zone and keeping each task very small and simple; then setting a timer for 45 minutes which can be challenging for us ADHD types.. but by now you have got us mentally organized - and hooked! This helps my mindset so very, very much. Alejandra, your 4-Day Organizing Challenge offers a system that gives me NO anxiety. That is the PRIORITY REASON for my answer.

-Verified Attendee

165
It really helps to not feel all alone in what you're trying to accomplish. You're with others in a similar situation and feel like you have support and accountability.

169
I found this class and it helped get me through the whole pandemic and really felt good during the isolation of lockdown. Ive worked on and dejunked every drawer, closet, shelf, cupboard, corner, and room in this house (except the basement which is next). I keep before and after pictures of the changes. Alejandra and her wonderful staff have given me so many organizing and cleaning ideas and strategies. And I feel like I personally know many of the others in the class because we share our stories about our problems and our progress, and everyone is very supportive. I love the 4 hour marathon organizing/cleaning sessions the most, which I find strange and amazing since I was not at all like this before this class. I was a little bit of a hoarder, very disorganized, and not much of a housekeeper. I think a new person would find this an amazing new experience opening up for her/him.

-Susan

170
The feeling of not being alone in doing these tasks. Other people have clutter , too.

-Verified Attendee

171
Alejandra is so gentle and kind and the process really helps as does the sense of community.

-Verified Attendee

I finally had support and not judgment. I don't get that from my family.

173
Team Organize is an amazing community. It has made a huge difference in my day to day life as I implement what I have learned. It is a great feeling to be able share your struggles with others in the same boat and to witness other Team Organize Members triumphs over agenizing issues. There is bound to be someone that can share your struggle and offer help in every organizing stand off. The Hosts are caring and knowledgeable and offer ways to clear/organize your space and make it functionable in ways I never thought of. It has been a pleasure to watch this program grow in numbers and in staff. There is always something new offered to keep is fresh. It's an outstanding program. So happy to be here!!!

-Lulu

174
In two days learned so much! No one is Judging any of us and there is an overwhelming amount of support! Alejandra has such a peaceful voice and has a lot to offer all of us! Thank you for sharing yourself and your tips and secrets to help us in an easy and manageable way! Highly Recommend!

-Verified Attendee

175
Alejandra and her team have created an affordable and highly successful program for tackling our resistance and overwhelm for dealing with the stuff in our lives and an approach to begin to declutter and get organized, one small task at a time. Bravo!!

The challenge helps you get started if you are procrastinating getting organized.

-Verified Attendee

179
Because of the support from other people who are dealing with similar clutter issues to varying degrees and can therefore relate to what I'm dealing with, without judgment. It's motivating and inspiring, which makes decluttering easier to do. Difficult tasks are easier to to, feels less tedious, when you're doing them as a group, when everyone is in the same boat. I also feel like I have to get something done, if I've committed to joining the group. I don't want to let myself down. Also, it's like positive peer pressure kicks in. And so far, it's been tremendously helpful. I've been wanting to do something like this for quite some time, before the pandemic, but couldn't find it offered anywhere, until now. So, thank you!

-Verified Attendee

180
Life changing Thank you!

-Verified Attendee

181
I set aside this time to do things I have been procrastinating on. Having your timer going was extremely helpful so I knew there was an end, even if I didn't finish the task. I didn't feel like I was drowning in a never ending project. Also, seeing other people's messes that were much worse than mine made me feel much better about myself and motivated me to clean up what I do have.

-Gazelle

182
Alejandra and Kacy provided lots of examples of what to consider when organizing and different options on how to do so. Seeing pictures of other people's disorganized spaces helped me to realize I'm not the only person with messes in my house. Knowing that there's the option to join Team Organize and get on-going support from the staff and members is the top reason I joined Team Organize and have encouraged my best friend to do so. The timing wasn't right for her, but hopefully, she'll come on board the next open enrollment period.

-Laurie H.

183
I've accomplished so many things around the house that I've been avoiding for years . Being a part of this group has made me more focused.

-Verified Attendee

191
Very motivating to do it as a group. You don’t feel alone. Love that it’s live and can also watch the replays. Thanks for all you do. You have no idea. Every January my husband gets into a mood where he goes in and takes garbage bags and just starts throwing things away. It’s so hard on me mentally even though I know it’s coming. He doesn’t understand why I keep some things and sees everything as trash. I hate that he does this as it feels like he’s ripping my heart out and throwing that away with each item I wanted to keep. I know I. I need to get rid of things but life gets busy and in the way and the stuff gets put off and piled high again during the rest of the year. Thanks for helping us all get through our clutter and get organized. You have no idea how much it helps us all. Especially this year with COVID. I know this is long and it’s not answering the question exactly but I really wanted to know you are helping people every day like me.

Helpful information and community is so supportive. Alejandra and team are amazing at listening compassionately to each person's organizing needs!

-Verified Attendee

197
Team Organize with PPP has been even more effective than PPP alone. I really appreciate the kindness and honesty of this company. . . . I have always been treated with friendliness and respect by everyone and I have the sense that people want to remain task-focused and be helpful. I am getting so much done! And I love the music on the scheduled calls. My life is being transformed. Thanks so much!

-Edith W.

198
This challenge is inspirational and motivating. Love seeing those who are in the same position in trying to sort through things and just life. Those who have been picked to share have been inspirational and positive. Alejandra and the team are just amazing, the advice and kindness. Breaking everything down to see the detail in the larger picture. I am usually organized with work but when it has come to home life it was always so daunting and she explained the program so clearly that I can see the next steps. My mantra is two sentences I know I can do the very next thing and I have proof I can do this! Thank you for doing this allowing the space and time to accomplish the things that seem so overwhelming.

-Verified Attendee

I saw everyone in the same shoes but different house and felt relief that I am truly not alone!
