4-Day Organizing Challenge Giveaway Sweepstakes

Sweepstakes Rules:
One entry per attendee per session. Open to U.S. residents who are at least 18 years old that register for the 4-Day LIVE Organizing Challenge and attend at least 60 consecutive minutes of each session.

Times and dates are posted on the registration page above. One session will be conducted per day between January 7 – 10, 2021. Winners will be randomly selected by Alejandra.tv staff.

The sweepstakes and these official rules are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia applicable to contracts made and performed entirely in Virginia. Except where prohibited, participants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes, the prize awarded, or the determination of the official winner shall be resolved individually. Participant agree that in any cause of action, Alejandra.tv’s liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the sweepstakes, and in no event shall they be liable for attorneys’ fees and/or experts’ fees and costs. Participants waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. Participants further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

After each session, Alejandra.tv will select the eight (8) winners who will be notified by email. Each selected winner will have 48 hours to reply to the email with answers to the requested confirmation questions. If responses are not received within 48 hours with complete and accurate answers to all questions, selected winner will be disqualified, and a new winner will be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of registrants who attend at least 60 consecutive minutes of each session.

Alejandra.tv is not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the web site. Alejandra.tv is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, incomplete, inaccurate, undelivered, stolen, or garbled entries or for human, mechanical, electronic, network, or typographical errors otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes. Alejandra.tv and person(s) offering the sweepstakes are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by tampering, hacking or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Attendance duration data will be pulled from administrative reports in Zoom dashboard. Alejandra.tv is not responsible for inaccuracies, glitches, or outages of Zoom reports. Alejandra.tv is also not responsible for prizes that are lost during shipping. If prizes become unavailable, similar prizes will be substituted. Should any portion of the sweepstakes be, in Alejandra.tv’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of Alejandra.tv, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play or submission of entries, Alejandra.tv reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner[s] from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken using the drawing procedures outlined above. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the sweepstakes or website, who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Alejandra.tv, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void.

Entrants, by participating, agree that Alejandra.tv will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize(s) or participation in this sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.
